By creating a Tendriv account, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be 18 years of age or the age of majority in your province. You must have the authority to bind your organization if registering on behalf of one.

Service Description

Tendriv is an AI-powered procurement analysis platform. Features include opportunity discovery from Canadian public procurement sources (Scout), compliance requirement extraction from RFP documents (Shredder), and compliance matrix management. The service is provided "as-is" during the beta period.

User Responsibilities

You must maintain the security of your account credentials. You must not upload malicious files, attempt to access other organizations’ data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content of documents you upload.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Compliance matrices and analysis outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. You must verify all AI-generated output against source documents before relying on it. Tendriv is not responsible for bid decisions based on AI analysis. AI output does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all documents you upload and all responses you create. Tendriv retains ownership of the platform, algorithms, and AI models. Aggregated, non-identifying usage data may be used for service improvement.

Service Availability

During beta, the service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. Post-beta target availability is 99.5%. We will provide 48 hours of email notice before planned maintenance windows.

Limitation of Liability

Tendriv is not liable for bid outcomes or procurement decisions. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it. Tendriv may terminate accounts for Terms of Service violations with 30 days of written notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
